1938 Foundation of the Fortuna Compagny, life Insurance.
1985 Admission to the stock Exchange of Fortuna with beaber stock shares by the and beaber bond.
1987 Taking of the majority of beaber stock shares by the Generali Group.
1991 Taking of the majority of Familai-life beaber stock shares by Swiss Union.
1996 Fortuna Holding changes name and becomes Generali Swiss Holding. Increase of capital of Generali Swiss Holding by the joining of the Swiss Union Group.
1998 Regrouping of collective Insurances in the Generali Swiss with amalgamation of Familia-life and Fortuna Insurance Company. The new firm's name becomews Generali Insurance for people.
